At Lighthouse Pursat, we took this opportunity to do something meaningful: a community cleanup.In the morning, we joined forces to collect trash in public spaces and around the Lighthouse Pursat area. Later in the evening, we headed to the riverside—not just to relax, but to continue picking up litter along the riverbank.Our goal was simple yet powerful: to care for our environment and bless our neighbors and community. Most of these students come from rural villages in the Kamping Puoy area.During these visits, the team meets with the students’ families to see how they’re doing, and identify any specific needs we might be able to support. They also share updates on how the students are progressing while living and studying with us in Battambang.These weekly visits not only help us build stronger relationships with the families but also serve as a source of encouragement—reminding them that they are not alone in supporting their children’s education and future.None of this would be possible without your generous support.
